The following short courses provide the confidence and skills for further education or employment. Courses start at $20 Concession $30 Non-concession.
An advanced level course which includes sewing with stretch fabric and making a shirt.
In this course you will learn about coffee machines, how to grind coffee and prepare for brewing. Correct milk frothing technique. Hands-on, making different coffee types. Cleaning your machine & choosing the best beans.
The focus of this course will be getting creative with food / preparing decorated cakes for personal / consumer use e.g. Naked Cakes, a Celebration Cake, Cupcakes, Fondant Covered Cookies, Chocolate work & fondant decoration.
It will also cover the practical aspects of setting up a small business.
Improve your spoken English and grammar through conversation in a relaxed environment. Learn to express yourself clearly and use everyday expressions to deal with daily conversations.

Course designed for those wanting to experience working in the hospitality industry. Provides basic back of house and front of house operations.
