Justice of The Peace

Providing a service to sign statuary declarations, affidavits, and confirming copies of original documents and any other documents that require a Justice of the Peace’s signature.

The service is available Monday from 10.00am – 2.00pm

Appointment can be made or you can just turn up on the day.

At present, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this venue is closed until further notice. This service is postponed and will resume when Wyndham CEC reopens.

Patronato Service

Patronato Acli provides a service to assist Italians residing in Australia and those entitled to Italian Pensions.

Meetings held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month 9.00pm to 11.30pm

Location: Wyndham CEC, 20 Synnot Street, Werribee.

Tax Help

Tax Help volunteers provide free help with your tax return for incomes around $50,000 or less.

Appointments available Tuesday and Friday 12.00pm to 3.00pm from July to the end of October each year.

Vinnie No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS)

Vinnie NILS offers people on low incomes safe, fair and affordable loans (between $300 and $1,200) for fridges, washing machines and furniture, as well as for education and medical expenses. https://www.vinniesnils.org.au

The service is available Tuesdays from 9.00am – 2.00pm

Work and Development Permit (WDP)

The Work and Development Permit scheme provides vulnerable and disadvantaged people with a non-financial option to address their fine debt.

Wyndham CEC WDP support is for Wyndham City residents who have been referred to the program by an external organisation. That external organisation will have already confirmed

the person’s eligibility and completed relevant application support documents. https://www.justice.vic.gov.au/wdp

ParentsNext

Western Learning Network

Western Learning Network is a network of community-based adult education providers in Western Melbourne. These providers share a commitment to providing access to relevant, affordable and high quality education and training for people of all abilities with a specific focus on people with disabilities. https://westernlearning.org.au

 

These programs ensure people with a disability have access to realistic pathways to employment and further education. Network members actively seek partnerships with other education and disability support providers to ensure people with a disability have access to a wide a range of education and training services.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Meetings provide support for alcohol addicted persons.

Meetings held every Monday and Tuesday 7.30pm. There is no need to make an appointment, just turn up on the day.

Location: Wayaperri House, 106 Duncan’s Road, Werribee.
